Refund policy

All AURIA sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If an issue occurs, we will provide:

  • Store credit (gift card) or
  • Reshipment of the item

Eligible issues:

  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size sent (our error)
  • Damaged item

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Not eligible:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Shipping delays (pre-orders)
  • Incorrect address entered

Pre-orders:

All items are made to order. Processing takes 2–4 weeks. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Shipping:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
