2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

4. I've forgotten my password, what should i do?

5. What payment methods does Auria accept?
We accept Bank Transfer only. 
 
 
6. Do you accept credit card payment?
We do not accept credit card payment.

9. Can I change/modify my order(s) once it has been placed?
You can only change/modify your orders before submitting your payment. However, our size/stock is subject to availability.
 
 
10. Can I return my order and get a refund?
No. We do not accept returns and we do not accept refunds. Only exchange is allowed, however size/stock is subject to availability. Read more about our exchange policy here
 
 
11. How do I exchange my order?
Please read our Returns Policy in full. 
 
 
12. How can I track my order?
You can track your order(s) via shipping confirmation email that we will email you once your item(s) have been shipped. Or, you can simply login into your account to check for tracking information. 
 
 
13. How come I do not see the items that I have put into my shopping cart when I review my cart again?
Adding your item(s) into the shopping cart does not mean the item(s) are placed on hold. Merchandise availability is not guaranteed until you check out and submit your order. 
 
 
14. Can I add an item to my order after I have submitted my order?
No. Unfortunately, you would need to place a separate order for any additional items that you would like to purchase after submitting an order. 
 
 
15. Why is my order cancelled?
The payment due date for an order is 48hours (2 days) after you placed the order. If you fail to make the payment within the given timeline, your order will be cancelled automatically.
 
 
16. I've made my payment, but I have not received my package after over the estimated delivery time?
In this case, you most likely have forgotten to confirm your payment through the website. If you fail to confirm your payment within the 48hours time limit, your order will be cancelled automatically. 
 
We will attach a confirm-payment link in your order confirmation email that we will send you after you submit an order.
